Terms and Conditions

1. The Oracle is available to eligible NiceBet Liberia players aged 18 years or older and is subject to the NiceBet Liberia General Terms and Conditions.
2. Each weekly round will contain selected Premier League fixtures determined by NiceBet. Players must predict the exact final score of every selected match and submit all predictions before the stated deadline.
3. Unless otherwise communicated, entries will close at the scheduled kickoff of the first selected match in the round. Once the round closes, predictions cannot be entered, changed, cancelled or replaced.
4. To qualify for the weekly jackpot or promotional rewards, a player must have completed at least one successful real money deposit within the 7 days immediately before submitting their predictions. Cancelled, reversed, refunded, rejected or charged back deposits will not qualify.
5. Unless otherwise stated, only one valid prediction entry per player per weekly round will be eligible for promotional rewards.
6. Match predictions will normally be settled using the official score at the end of regulation play. Extra time and penalty shootouts will not count unless specifically stated for the applicable round.
7. The weekly jackpot starts at USD 100 Cash. If no player predicts any game correctly, the jackpot rolls over and increases, up to a maximum of USD 1,000, for up to ten times. The jackpot amount displayed for each round will be the applicable prize for that round.
8. The winner of the weekly jackpot will need to correctly predict all of the game outcomes in order to be considered. This means that it would need to be the correct team winning as well as the score.
9. The jackpot will be credited within 48 hours from the end of the round.
10. Where more than one eligible player predicts the most correct outcomes, the applicable tie break rules configured and displayed for The Oracle will determine the winner. NiceBet’s official platform records will be used to confirm entries and submission times.
11. If a selected fixture is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled or otherwise affected, NiceBet reserves the right to remove the affected fixture or settle the round in accordance with the applicable game and settlement rules.
12. Multiple accounts, automated entries, false information, technical exploitation, manipulation or any attempt to gain an unfair promotional advantage may result in disqualification and the withholding or reclaiming of rewards. NiceBet’s official records will determine eligibility, valid predictions, results, and promotional rewards. NiceBet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary.
