The Cash Store is a loyalty feature on Nicebet that allows eligible players to exchange earned points for real cash rewards.

Points are earned by placing qualifying bets and participating in selected activities on the Nicebet website. The number of points earned may vary depending on product, activity, and player level.

Cash Store rewards are available only to logged-in, eligible players and are subject to player level and segment restrictions. Different player levels unlock access to different cash reward values.

Each Cash Store reward has a fixed-point cost and cash value, which varies depending on the player’s current level.

Available exchange rates depend on the player’s current level, as outlined in the table below:

Cash Store rewards are limited in availability and, unless stated otherwise, may be redeemed once per player per day.

Once a reward is redeemed, the corresponding number of points will be deducted immediately from the player’s point balance. All redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.

Cash rewards redeemed from the Cash Store are credited as real cash to the player’s account balance and may be withdrawn, subject to Nicebet’s standard withdrawal rules and account verification requirements.

Points have no cash value outside of the Cash Store and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between players or accounts.

Player level and eligibility are determined by Nicebet’s loyalty and level system. Nicebet reserves the right to amend level criteria, point accumulation rules, exchange rates, and reward availability at any time.

Nicebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Cash Store, or exclude any player, in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of Nicebet’s Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any dispute relating to the Cash Store, Nicebet’s decision shall be final.
