General Bonus Terms and Conditions
These General Bonus Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Bonus Terms”) govern the use, activation, and management of all bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered through our platform.
By claiming, accepting, or using any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Bonus Terms, including any future amendments.
We highly recommend that you read these Bonus Terms carefully before participating in any promotional offer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not claim or use any bonuses.
Continued participation in promotions will be considered as acceptance of these Bonus Terms.
You are requested to check the terms and conditions attached to each promotions and bonuses of Nicebet for specific requirements.
These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and rewards (collectively “Bonuses”) provided by Nicebet Liberia (“Nicebet”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By claiming or using a Bonus, you agree to these Bonus Terms in addition to our [General Terms and Conditions].
1. Eligibility
1.1 All Bonuses are available only to registered users of Nicebet who are 18 years or older and legally permitted to gamble in Liberia.
1.2 Each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, address, email, phone number, payment account, and shared computer/IP address, unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Employees, affiliates, and partners of Nicebet are not eligible for promotional offers.
2. Bonus Activation
2.1 Bonuses must be opted into or activated as specified in the promotion.
2.2 Some Bonuses may require a minimum deposit or a bonus code.
2.3 Bonuses are credited to your account once eligibility criteria are met.
3. Wagering Requirements
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawals can be made. Example: A 100% bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
3.2 Bets placed with Bonus funds do not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements.
3.3 Only settled bets count toward wagering. Canceled or void bets do not contribute.
4. Free Bets
4.1 Free bets cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings are credited.
4.2 If you win using a free bet, the stake is not returned, only the profit.
4.3 Free bets must be used within the specified validity period.
5. Expiry and Validity
5.1 Bonuses, free bets, and promotions expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period or the Bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
6. Withdrawal Restrictions
6.1 Withdrawals requested before fulfilling wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of Bonus funds and winnings.
6.2 Nicebet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if Bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
7. General Restrictions
7.1 Bonus offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
7.2 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts.
Placing large bets to manipulate wagering progression.
Using strategies that guarantee profit (e.g., hedge betting).
7.3 If Bonus abuse is detected, Nicebet may cancel Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts.
8. Modification and Cancellation
8.1 Nicebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time.
8.2 In case of dispute, Nicebet’s decision is final and binding.
9. Governing Law
These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Liberian courts.
