Nicebet Liberia Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

By creating an account, using our website, and/or accepting any bonus or prize, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use, including any future amendments.

We strongly recommend that you review the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please refrain from opening an account or continuing to use the Site.

Continued use of the Site will be considered as acceptance of this Agreement. 

Welcome to Nicebet Liberia (“Nicebet”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.nicebet.com.lr (the “Website”), mobile applications, and betting services (together, the “Platform”). By registering an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in Liberia, if higher) to register and use Nicebet.
1.2 Gambling underage is a criminal offense. We may request proof of age and suspend or close accounts until verification is completed.
1.3 Nicebet is regulated by the gaming regulatory Laws of the Republic of Liberia and National Lottery Authority Liberia
1.4 By opening an account, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to gamble in Liberia.
  • You are acting on your own behalf, not for another person.
  • You are not classified as a problem gambler or restricted from gambling.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To access services, you must create an account with accurate personal details (full name, date of birth, email, phone number, and payment details).
2.2 Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure.
2.3 You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Verification (KYC & AML)

3.1 To comply with Liberian laws and anti-money laundering regulations, we may require identification documents (e.g., national ID, passport, utility bills, bank statements).
3.2 We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if verification is incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
3.3 Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed until verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed on our Platform.
4.2 The minimum and maximum limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by method.
4.3 You may only withdraw funds to the payment method registered in your name.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to:

  • Successful verification.
  • Wagering requirements for bonuses.
  • Processing times as specified by payment providers.

4.5 We reserve the right to charge transaction fees where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Nicebet may offer welcome bonuses, free bets, and promotions subject to specific terms.
5.2 Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
5.3 Abuse of bonuses (e.g., multiple accounts, fraudulent play) may result in confiscation of winnings and account closure.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bets must be placed before the start of the event or market closure, unless live betting is offered.
6.2 Once accepted, bets cannot be canceled or changed.
6.3 If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement will follow the rules specified on the Platform.
6.4 We reserve the right to void bets if:

  • They were placed in violation of these Terms.
  • They involve insider information, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
  • Technical errors led to incorrect odds or bet acceptance.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Nicebet promotes responsible gaming. 
7.2 If you feel gambling is becoming problematic, please use our self-exclusion tools or contact customer support.
7.3 Resources are available from organizations such as GamCare and local Liberian counseling services.

8. Restricted Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or fraud.
  • Allow another person to use your account.
  • Manipulate odds, exploit technical loopholes, or engage in collusion.
    Access the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is illegal.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
9.2 We use your information to provide services, verify identity, and prevent fraud.
9.3 We implement appropriate security measures, but you acknowledge the risk of data transmission over the internet.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Engage in fraudulent or criminal activities.
  • 10.2 Funds held in terminated accounts may be withheld if obtained unlawfully.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the Platform, including logos, software, and designs, is the property of Nicebet or its licensors.
11.2 You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior consent.

12. Liability

12.1 Nicebet provides betting services on an “as is” basis without warranties.
12.2 We are not liable for:

  • Losses incurred through betting.
  • Technical errors, interruptions, or delays.
  • Incorrect data, statistics, or third-party information.

12.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in your account.

13. Complaints and Disputes

13.1 If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] with full details.
13.2 We aim to resolve complaints internally. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Liberia Gaming Authority.

14. Amendments

14.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Liberian courts.

16. Deposit, Wagering & Withdrawal Policy

16.1 Wagering Requirement

All deposits made on Nicebet are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 1x (100%) of the deposited amount. 

Nicebet reserves the right to apply a higher wagering multiplier (e.g., 2x, 3x or more) in specific circumstances, promotions, risk cases, or as required by internal policy.

16.2 Prohibition of Partial Withdrawal

Users are strictly prohibited from withdrawing any unused portion of a deposit until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Example (1x Requirement):
If a User deposits 50 USD or 50 LRD, the full 50 USD or 50 LRD must be wagered.
If only 40 USD or 40 LRD has been wagered, the remaining balance cannot be withdrawn.

16.3 Promotional or Risk-Based Multiplier

In cases involving bonuses, promotions, high-risk transactions, irregular betting patterns, or at the Company’s discretion, Nicebet may apply a higher wagering multiplier before withdrawals are approved.

The applicable wagering requirement will be determined by Nicebet and may vary depending on the User’s activity.

16.4 Withdrawal of Winnings

Only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied will any remaining balance and/or winnings be eligible for withdrawal, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

16.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Anti-Fraud

Nicebet strictly prohibits the use of its platform for money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any illegal activity.

Nicebet reserves the right to:

  • Monitor all transactions and betting activity;

  • Conduct risk assessments;

  • Delay, decline, reverse, or confiscate funds where suspicious activity is identified.

16.6 Verification (KYC)

Nicebet may require identity verification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals.

Failure to comply may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or permanent closure.

16.7 Company Rights & Final Decision

Nicebet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Amend wagering requirements when necessary;

  • Refuse or cancel withdrawal requests that violate these Terms;

  • Suspend or permanently close accounts involved in abuse or policy breaches.

All decisions made by Nicebet shall be final and binding.

17. Bet Builder – Terms and Conditions


17.1 What is Bet Builder

Bet Builder allows players to create a customized bet by combining multiple selections from different markets within the same match into a single bet.

The odds of each selection are combined to form one total price for the bet.


17.2 Maximum Selections

A Bet Builder bet can include up to six (6) selections from the same event.

Selections may include markets such as:

Match Result

Total Goals

Player to Score

Shots on Target

Corners

Cards

Available markets may vary depending on the event.


17.3 Settlement Rules

All selections included in the Bet Builder must be valid for the bet to stand.

If any selection in the Bet Builder is settled as void, the entire Bet Builder bet will be settled as void, regardless of the results of the other selections.


17.4 Player Markets

For selections related to players (such as player to score, shots on target, assists, or cards), the player must participate in the match for the selection to be valid.

If the player does not play in the match, that selection will be settled as void, and the entire Bet Builder bet will be void.


17.5 Example

For the match Liverpool vs Manchester United, a player creates a Bet Builder bet with the following selections:

Liverpool to Win

Over 2.5 Total Goals

Mohamed Salah to Score Anytime

These selections are combined into one Bet Builder bet.

If Mohamed Salah does not play in the match, the selection “Mohamed Salah to Score Anytime” will be settled as void.

Since this selection is part of a Bet Builder bet, the entire bet will be void, even if the other selections win.


17.6 Match Completion

All Bet Builder bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless stated otherwise.

Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specified in the market description.


17.7 Maximum Payout

Bet Builder bets are subject to the sportsbook’s maximum payout limits for the sport or event.

If the total winnings exceed the maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the maximum allowed amount.


17.8 General Rules

Nicebet  reserves the right to restrict or remove certain market combinations within Bet Builder where necessary.

In the case of technical errors, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions, the sportsbook reserves the right to void affected bets.
